Our campaign goes from strength to strength after the launch at Media City.  It was reported on both local BBC and ITV news.

From the New Year we want to build a bigger campaign accross all the boroughs in Greater Manchester.  To do so, we need as much help as possible.  All our supporters can help by:

• Talking with neighbours and friends about Deyika and his campaign.
• Tweeting – If you’re good with 140 characters, volunteer to help our twitter account to reach as many people as possible. @GreenMayor4GM
• Facebook - Sharing campaign messages regularly.
• Donating to the campaign
• Offering  time and talents - We need people to help us grow our exciting, dynamic campaign. Volunteer skills we are looking for include:

Media - First point of contact for all media enquiries to help us approach journalists and promote our policies in broadcast, print and online media.

Graphics and Design – if your skills are in graphics and online images, we need your help to illustrate our vital new policies.

Campaigning - we are looking for those with creative ideas to help promote the campaign more effectively locally

Research - we will appreciate offers of help from those with some expertise in key issues linked to the mayoral remit to help provide background briefings for Deyika

Fundraising - if you have an interest or experience in fundraising we would be glad to hear from you
